O V E R A C E N T U R Y : B U I L D I N G B E T T E R B A N K S - H E L P I N G N E W M E X I C O R E A L I Z E D R E A M S 24 Statewide Leaders Graduate from the Leader- ship New Mexico 2014-2015 Core Program Leadership New Mexico is pleased to announce that Jacob Armijo, Market President for U.S. Bank – Los Lunas, Chris- topher Palmer, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Pioneer Bank, and Leo Lovett, Vice President and Business Banking Manager of Wells Fargo Bank, are among the 42 statewide leaders who recently graduated from the Leadership New Mexico Core Program. The graduates of the Leadership NewMexico Core Program attended six educational sessions for the 2014-2015 program. The program sessions are held at various locations through- out New Mexico, each program session features speakers and panelists who are knowledgeable leaders in their specific field. Participants have the opportunity to engage in discus- sion with speakers and explore the issues in-depth. Leadership New Mexico was founded in 1995 to identify current and emerging leaders throughout New Mexico, en- hance their leadership skills, and deepen their knowledge of the challenges and opportunities facing our state. Through a series of six two-day sessions featuring speakers who are knowledgeable leaders in their fields, participants are offered an opportunity to learn about some of New Mexico’s most pressing problems. Leadership New Mexico is supported by tuition and the contributions of individuals, corporations, and foundations, such as the Healy Foundation, Albuquerque Journal/Starline Printing, ConocoPhillips, BP America, J.F Maddox Founda- tion, Lexus of Albuquerque, Lockheed Martin/Sandia Na- tional Laboratories, Occidental Petroleum Corporation and U.S. Bank.
