Jay Jenkins , President and CEO of Carlsbad National Bank, was sworn in as President during the finale dinner and business session. Michael Lowrimore , Senior Vice President and Southwest Regional Manager of Bank of the West, Albuquerque, was elected as President-Elect. Ron Wiser , President and CEO of Bank of the Southwest was elected Secretary/Treasurer, and Paul DiPaola , Regional President of U.S. Bank, Albuquerque, will serve in the capacity of Immediate Past President. Newly elected board members include: Sheila Mathews , President of Four Corners Community Bank, Farmington; Steve Muell , President of First National Bank, Alamogordo; and Ronald Schmeits , President and CEO, International Bank, Ra- ton.
