Candelaria is a veteran Durango banker. Prior to joining FCCB, he served nearly five years as Durango market president for First Southwest Bank. Earlier, he served more than eight years at First National Bank of Durango in business banking and special asset manager positions. Zaleski Tapped Chief of Wealth Strategies Bill Zaleski has joined Los Alamos National Bank in Al- buquerque as chief of wealth strategies and fiduciary offi- cer. He will lead strategic planning for wealth initiatives and oversee the execution of fiduciary and regulatory re- sponsibilities. Murray Returns to Bank 34 in Alamogordo as Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Loan Originator Bank 34, Alamogordo, has announced the return of The- resa Murray to Bank 34 and the mortgage department as an assistant vice president and mortgage loan originator. Murray, a lifelong native of New Mexico, worked for Bank 34 previously for 24 years starting in 1979 part-time while attending New Mexico State University. Murray officially re-joined Bank 34 in May 2016. With over 37 years of experience in the industry, she is very knowledgeable about the requirements of both purchas- ing and refinancing under conventional and government loan products. She holds a HUD/FHA Endorsement Un- derwriter Certificate. Prior to rejoining Bank 34, Murray served more than 12 years as a mortgage loan officer/underwriter at First National Bank in Alamogordo. Butler is SVP/Trust at Bank of Albu- querque Bank of Albuquerque has announced the ap- pointment of Loral Butler as senior vice president and trust officer in The Private Bank. Butler joined Bank of Albuquerque in March. Prior to joining the bank, she was senior vice president and senior wealth advisor at New Mexico Bank and Trust. Butler holds a BS degree from Winona State University in Minnesota. She is a Certified Trust and Financial Ad- visor (CFTA). Lesher Named SVP/Professional Services Banker, Johnson Promoted to AVP, First National Bank Rio Grande First National Rio Grande, Albuquerque, has named Fran Lesher senior vice president and professional ser- vices banker and promoted Heather Johnson to assistant vice president and commercial banker. Lesher has more than 16 years of experience in banking. She joins First National from Wells Fargo Bank where she began her banking career. Most recently, she served as a principal business banker and earlier as a relationship manager. She holds a BBA degree in accounting from New Mexico Highlands University. Johnson has more than 15 years of banking experience. She joined First National Bank of Santa Fe in 2009 and has served as a credit analyst and banking office manager.
