A community is only as healthy as its partnerships W ith Small Business Boost (SBB), offered by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas), participating members have a valuable resource to help give small businesses a boost. SBB is a recoverable assistance program for small businesses that are challenged to meet member loan underwriting criteria. SBB funds are provided as a secondary loan in conjunction with a separate loan made by an FHLB Dallas member. In 2019, FHLB Dallas will make available $3 million in SBB funds through members.
