Why is this becoming in- creasingly important? Because we live in an age where we are being inundated with various forms of media throughout our day and, often, we have no idea what the source is. Americans used to obtain their information mostly from their morning newspaper or the nightly news, but those days are long gone. Now, Americans are more likely to obtain information from an article or video that pops up on their phone. Given this, it is becoming increasingly important to understand what sources you are consuming and how and why information is framed in an extremely particular way. I am going to examine a few issues individually and see how they are framed depending on the source of the information. Healthcare Healthcare is a topic that has been hotly debated in recent years and is, of course, a vital area of concern in the upcoming 2020 elections. The debate centers around the battle between
